For the very first, I'd say → Rina. But at some point, you need to have Bocca Della Verita and Admission :) They just seems a bit too "extreme" to be the very first ones.

Mate, I remember when I first got my Virgin Age Admission. Fwah… it was like like: wow. much intense. But yeah… that's personal opinion… go for something mellow first and then start to get more extreme cuz if you get too extreme at the start everything will feel mellow… even the semi-extreme…

I wouldn't go with the mouth of truth for the first buy, it's pretty different from a normal onahole.

And since you're 7 inches, be careful with VA admission - I find it to be little too tight for me. Unless you're into the really tight stuff - then you'll probably love it.

Concurring that Admission is very tight. I'm only around 5"-5.5" last I checked, and even I have to do some soul-searching and muster my inner pervert, entering Ultimax Ultra Suplex Hard Mode, in order to enter. If your boner is insufficiently leveled up, the entrance will deflect your dong and you will simply flop around pathetically.

I'm measuring it right now, and it seems to be about 9.5 cm (3.74 in) deep, meaning that you will have no hope of putting your entire thing in unless you want to stretch it a lot (it seems like it's probably robust enough to take on some stretching, but I don't know how much). The inner hole is maybe 2 cm in diameter unstretched, but of course that is also meant to stretch quite a bit.

The official website says it has an internal length of 110 mm (4.33 in) and that the "largest circle" (the one just past the exterior opening) is 65 mm (2.55 in). The material is said to be very thick, (up to 30 mm / 1.18 in), so it should be somewhat durable.

I measured the internal length by just jamming a pen down it and then measuring how much went in (and basically just guessed at the internal diameter), so it makes sense to me that my figures would be off. The "largest circle" measurement doesn't really give an accurate idea of the inside, though. That's the large part at the beginning where it flares out (see https://blog.onahole.eu/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/1_1391743748_m_FB2qd.jpg), and it's almost double the width of my penis; the actual hole portion, as you can see, is much narrower. Basically, I can stick my thumb in there, and it's pretty snug (but not so tight as to press down on my thumb); that's about how tight it is.

Roa or Rina are great choices for a first, but do have an interior material that may wear out after a while. The Mouth of Truth is amazing in terms of how it feels and is great for a slow session, but is slightly difficult to clean and has an interior material that may wear out as well. The teeth may also fall out given time, but no problems here yet. Virgin Age Admission is durable as heck with no dual materials. It's very small, fairly tight, and quite messy. I find it to be the messiest due to lubricant basically being forced out for accommodation.
